Fit24 Seaham is a testament to the strength of the Fit24 model. Located over 130 miles from our original club and head office, it was developed as a proof of concept that exceptional service, strong systems and a people-first culture can thrive anywhere. More than a gym, Seaham has evolved into a true health and wellness hub, bringing together fitness, recovery and local businesses under one roof. Home to The Coaching Collective and our dedicated Limitless Small Group Personal Training studio, members benefit from expert coaching, structured small group training and a thriving community built around accountability, support, and regular social and running events that bring people together both inside and outside the gym.

Alongside industry-leading Technogym equipment, members have access to a sauna and steam room, on-site REGEN Physio, Simply Skin and a range of wellness services designed to support performance, recovery and long-term health. Every element of the club has been created to deliver more than just a place to train it’s a space where members can improve their fitness, prioritise their wellbeing and become part of a genuine community.
