Does FIT24 provide classes?
Answer:
Yes qualified instructors will offer classes such as yoga, bodypump, spinning, step and circuit training on a daily basis from the comfort of our sound proof studio, and as if that wasn’t good enough these classes are included in the price. Places must be booked in advance on a first-come first-serve basis.

Do we provide changing rooms?
Answer:
Members have access to modern changing facilities offering clean showers, vanity mirrors, hair dryers and secure lockers. Cleanliness is taken seriously at FIT24 and our changing room facilities will be no exception.

Does FIT24 have a sauna?
Answer:
Yes not only do we have a luxury bespoke sauna, we also provide a eucalyptus steam room for members to use at no extra cost, essential for the total wellness experience.

Are parking facilities available?

Ample parking is available within the St Stephen’s shopping centre. Those using the 24 hour superstore also housed within the centre are able to take advantage of 2 hours free parking.

FIT24 will open its doors May 2010 though you are able to sign up now and take advantage of a limited number of discounted pre-sale memberships for an amazing £22.00 per month for the first year. See membership fees for further details.

There is no catch our aim is to provide a low budget fitness facility that doesn’t cost you a small fortune and refuses to compromise on quality and service. Being a member of FIT24 should be as pain free as possible allowing you to enjoy our extensive facilities without worrying about the cost.

Will FIT24 be manned 24/7?
Answer:
FIT24 will be manned 24 hours a day seven days per week with a competent friendly member of staff on hand to answer any questions or give advice should you require it. Peace of mind whenever you choose to work out.

Will I be inducted into the gym?
Answer:
Yes all members will be given group inductions under the supervision of a qualified member of staff. This process should take no longer than 40 minutes.
